  • With the crazy wind and power outages my furnace went out, they were here about 15 min after my call. The new furnace was install the next morning. I just want to say thanks, im warming up and find it a little funny that my furnace doesnt sound like a helicopter anymore. Amazing guys, my dogs even liked them. Thanks again

  • Professional, fair and honest... I've had two very positive experiences with them in the last few months and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of heating and cooling service. I have an odd sized air filter on my furnace, that can't be found at your garden variety big-box hardware store, so someone recommended that I contact them to order a replacement. The didn't have the size in stock, but offered to either order it or fashion a sheet metal spacer so that more common air filters would fit. A month later my furnace was having issues and I was quoted a seemingly high price for a replacement part by another heating and cooling contractor. I called Lizut to get a quote on ordering the part and they had one in stock for a fraction of what the other guys were quoting. I purchased the part and had them install it for half of what the other company wanted to charge me.

  • On a Saturday afternoon my furnace wouldn't light because it needed a new igniter. when i called it was about 3 minutes until noon, and they closed at noon. I called anyways to see if they had the part in stock. After about 30 seconds on the phone with him he had the part, the price and everything all ready. when i asked if I could get it the next day the cashier asked how long it would take to get there. I said 15-20 minutes and they said they would stay late for me. Now i know why my parents always go there. Great customer service and i couldn't ask for any better. I got there, picked up my part, and after they told me how to install the new part and make sure i wouldnt have any problems i left.
